“Holy Mole – this place is good! My friend and I dined at Colbri Mexican Bistro (2.0) last night and we were pretty blown away. Top notch cocktails, beautifully presented dishes, lively vibe, friendly service. Who knew that the Presidio could be so much fun?
Let’s start with the cocktails. I ordered the Macho Margarita (Cazadores Blanco Tequila, Fire Roasted Jalapeños in Orange Liqueur, Lime juice). This baby’s got kick but not in an overbearing way. All the ingredients were perfectly balanced. My friend ordered the Oaxaca (Dos Hombres Mezcal, Angostura & Creole bitters, dehydrated orange) and she gleefully gulped it down. I was going to try a different cocktail for round 2, but this macho man just couldn’t quit his macho margarita…”
