Digestif

Añejo Tequila

Añejo Tequila is aged for at least one year and up to three years. Tequila aged more than three years becomes Extra Añejo – a rich, smooth spirit, perfect to enjoy after dinner like fine Cognac.

Avion | 44, Extra Añejo | 44 (Limited availability)
Small batch Highland Agave, aged over 3 years in oak barrels, then aged additional month in selected petit barrels, which are rotated daily. Finely roasted agave with hints of vanilla and warm spices, complex infusion of ripe, luscious fruits.

Cazadores Añejo | 18
Aged for at least a year in new American white oak barrels. Tasting notes of vanilla, cinnamon, nuts, peppery, smoked wood.

Codigo 1530 Añejo | 19
Aged for 18 months in the finest Napa Valley Cabernet French White Oak wine barrels refined, elegant and expressive hints of fruit, mingled with oak and a touch of spice.

Corzo Añejo | 18
Aged in French Oak barrels. Aromas of warm caramel, vanilla, roasted coffee, golden raisins. Complex palate of baking spices, charred oranges, apricot, and peaches.

Maestro Dobel Añejo | 21
Aged in select white oak barrels that have been roasted to accentuate the aromas and flavors they impart. Dominance of wood interspersed with sweet, nutty, and vanilla flavors, smooth and long finish.

Casa Dragones Barrel Blend | 38
Añejo Tequila matured in two different wood barrels-New French oak and new American oak, each selected for their individual flavor and characteristics. At the end of aging process, both barrel styles are blended. Fresh floral aroma, with notes of figs, almonds, and cacao.
